This tour takes place on the Río Grande of Tárcoles, the home of approximately 2,000 crocodiles, the biggest which measure 15 feet long and weigh up to 1500 pounds!
We also offer bird watching tours in the diverse ecosystem of the mangroves and Carara National Park, home of over 400 species of birds, as well as basilisks, iguanas, and mammals such as howler monkeys and white-headed capuchins.
During the tour, we will visit the Guacalillo Mangrove, one of the country’s most fragile ecosystems and a unique area for bird watching.
